30-Day Spooling and Your Emergency Inbox

Green Cloud displays all spooled mail in the Emergency Inbox through a web-based user interface. 30-day spooling provides always-on SMTP deferral, failover & queue protection, thus allowing users to read, reply to and send new emails via the Emergency Inbox. When delivery is restored, email will automatically flow to the downstream mail server along with any replies and new emails that have been sent while delivery was unavailable.

Automated for Your Convenience

Our Email Continuity system automatically activates when a planned or unplanned email server outage occurs, meaning Green Cloud’s Emergency Inbox ensures your business email is always fully functional. Recovery and sync when your server gets back online is automated as well, making our email continuity solution particularly useful when there are unexpected outages.
